  1. Siemens alarm classification. The alarm information of Siemens CNC machine tools is generally divided into NC host (Nck), fieldbus, cycle and programmable controller alarm. When an alarm occurs, it is necessary to judge which part of the machine tool generates an alarm according to the alarm number and information. HMI (human machine interface) will also generate other alarms, which will be directly displayed and interpreted on the operation panel. The main alarm number can be found in many alarm numbers, which is the premise for multiple alarm numbers to quickly solve the fault. Alarm information is generally processed by level, such as system alarm, followed by channel alarm, servo axis alarm, drive alarm and PLC alarm. If it is the same level of alarm, first find the alarm that is destructive to the machine tool.


2. Fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of SINUMERIK alarm. When the Siemens CNC machine tool generates an alarm, for each alarm in the alarm display interface, the button to delete the alarm is displayed in the delete column of the display area with a symbol. After troubleshooting, the alarm can be cleared through this button or restart the machine tool. The key display and elimination methods are as follows: when the machine tool stops power transmission or restarts Nck, clear the alarm; Press the "reset" key to cancel the alarm; Press the "alarm cancel" key to cancel the alarm; Use the "cycle start" key to cancel the alarm; Press the "back" key to cancel the alarm.
